May 29 we celebrated the birthday of a dear friend, actually last May 16 is her actual birthday.
We've been friends for two years. I have met her thru a book. Early in 2014 I find this book that catch my attention because of its cover and title. Yes I judge the book by its cover and title. And yes luckily she's the author. I stalked her and knew some details about her which I admire at that time. May 2014, my friend ask me to come with her in a book signing. I just come with her, I don't bring any books because I don't know who are they (authors) on the book signing. Apparently when I saw the faces of the authors one of them catch my eyes and told my friend I knew her.
Yes she's one of the author on the stage. I felt bad that time that I didn't bring her book. Yes I fangirl. Told her about the things I read about her. Stalker mode. Actually that time I wish that she won't be afraid that a girl stalk another girl. I really just admire the things I read about her. And I think our friendship started there.
And thanks to Wattpad and Facebook that I met a wonderful person like her.
She celebrated her birthday the way I want to celebrate my birthday. A small party with some friends, family and with the kids she help.
She organize this little project Project PNYwith the help of the PNY writers. She published books for young writers to help them and have this project. I really admire Nayin, I'm always a fan of her. I see myself and the way I want be in her. But she's more of want I am.
I always wish the best in her. I promise to support her on her projects the best way I can. Hopefully I could do this too. I want to celebrate my birthday with kids and I want to see those smiles
